Audiences of Every Shape and Size
IRL > Virtual
Large gatherings have been a thing for thousands of years. Something happens when you get people together that is greater than the sum of the parts.
But our attention spans are more fragile than ever. Polished AV is no longer a luxury but a make-it or break it thing. It's worth getting right!
Audiences of Every Shape and Size
In the room and on the screen at once.
Hybrid is two shows at once, and most of the risk lives in the handoff between them. We run the room and the stream as one system — so remote attendees see and hear everything the in-room audience does, your presenter can actually engage both, and nobody on the call feels like an afterthought. No dropped feeds, no awkward “can you hear us?”
Audiences of Every Shape and Size
Studio-grade, streamed to everyone, everywhere.
Virtual doesn't mean lower production — it means the camera is your whole audience. We build a clean, studio-grade setup: broadcast cameras, proper lighting, crisp audio, and a stream that actually holds up on whatever platform you're on — Zoom, Teams, YouTube, Resi. Your presenter comes across like they're on a network, not a webcam.
There are countless reasons to gather people together into a space...
According to one study, the AVERAGE smartphone user sees $60 of targeted advertising per day. For your audience that number could easily be 5-10x+!!!
Event organizers are quite literally sparring with an army of the highest-paid social engineers in the world to get - and keep - their audience's attention. Not one of us is immune because the hooks are primal.
We all know how this goes. At the first hint of dead air, fuzzy audio, or hard-to-read slides, the first phone comes out, then the second..
Stream dropped for 10 minutes plus? There went 2/3 of your virtual participants... Yikes!
One thing is for sure: No one has ever gone to the effort of booking a venue, lining up speakers, building an itinerary, etc to fill a room full of people just so they can all sit in the same place just to doom scroll.
AV can elevate your event or sink it like a torpedo.
Heww boy.. Let's just say not all "planning experiences" are the same. (Cue that
SNL skit about the alien abduction..
you know the one with Ryan Gosling and Kate
McKinnon?)
Your choice of AV partner can be the difference between showing up on event day bright-eyed and bushy-tailed… and being so fried that the day is a blur and it feels like it'll take 2 weeks at the beach to recover..
Go ahead and book that beach trip - we're all for it! But might we suggest also setting yourself up for great sleep over the days and weeks prior?
If you've ever dealt with the endless loops, the subtle (or not-so-subtle) gaslighting, or the whack-a-mole pricing from certain other AV companies, well… then you already know.
If you haven't—congratulations. We'd recommend opting out altogether!
Whether you're an experienced meeting planner or you just googled "what does AV stand for?", we've got you!
In our world, it's our job to ask the right questions to nail things down early on - and to stay on top of open loops till everything is crystal-clear.
You'll be talking to highly competent, proactive, and service-minded people at every stage, obliterating stress and worry.

You bet they can! But how??
We can't share all our secrets publicly, but we will say this:
It's a bit like comparing special forces to your average soldier just out of boot camp.. The ninjas just operate on a different level..
Imagine the next time you call an Uber, some guy shows up with a truck full of parts…
Then, to your utter amazement he proceeds to start assembling the car - right there the side of the road.
Absurd, right?!?
Yet that's how much of the corporate AV industry operates—putting together complex systems from scratch.. on-site..
Eek!!
There is a better way! Major concert tours are able to deploy multiple tractor trailers worth of equipment in hours because 95% of the work is done before the wheels hit the venue.
The ninjas' approach to Corporate AV borrows many of these tricks! Through a thousand little tweaks, we've managed to make our setups work like one big well-oiled machine.

"Just add it to the final invoice" is a phrase used far too often in the live event industry. We think that's transactional and gross.
We guarantee no surprises on our end. If we can't produce a paper trail for a revision, you don't pay!

Where the ninjas work
We're based in Nashville, TN — and on the ground across the Southeast.
Primary service area:
Out-of-area? We may still be able to help — just ask!
Usually yes — even with a preferred or in-house partner, most contracts still let you bring your own crew, sometimes for a fee, and a lot of the time that fee's worth paying. The real question isn't in-house vs. outside, it's whether your single point of contact actually knows AV — because one who asks the right questions can solve in a single conversation what a non-expert middleman turns into weeks of back-and-forth.
Most businesses (ours included) spend money to acquire customers. Some AV companies partner with venues, which is a perfectly sensible thing to do. It CAN be a win for all parties — and some people absolutely DO handle it in a way that's totally above board.
Where this model often breaks is when the money gets divvied out such that YOU (the client) are paying a (sometimes HUGE) premium for AV, but the crew has to make it happen on a shoestring budget and with spotty information. Much could be said about this but it boils down to a business model that treats the relationship with YOU as transactional. Not really the play if the goal is repeat business.
Paying a premium for sub-par / hot mess service = no bueno.
Feeling 'hamstrung' because things have been in limbo for months and the event is right around the corner = even less bueno.
Most people will tell you "it depends," which is absolutely true. But so you have a point of reference, true pro-level AV support starts at around $5K for a meeting, $20K for a conference, and $50K for higher-end production events.
Or just want to Talk Through Your Options?
The ninjas are here to handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on what matters. Let's talk about making your event unforgettable.

There are plenty of honest operators throughout our region. If you're getting a fair deal we'll say so and you can rest easier.
That said, we've seen some pretty outlandish stuff. Want to breathe the air during the event? There's a fee for that, obviously! Ok we've never actually seen an oxygen surcharge, but we've seen some things that come close!
