Who's behind AV Ninjas

AV Ninjas is an independent corporate AV crew based in Nashville. We do sound, video, and lighting for meetings, conferences, and events — and we work directly with the people who actually plan them: executive assistants, corporate event planners, and the agencies producing events for their clients.

We started AV Ninjas because we'd watched too many good events get nickel-and-dimed by venue-affiliated AV vendors — surprise line items, contracts you'd need a lawyer to read, a crew that shows up scrambling. So we built the opposite. One transparent price. A paper trail for every change. And a small, choreographed crew that does most of the work before the wheels hit the venue — because when 95% of the setup is already done in the road cases, there's nothing to scramble about on show day.

We've solved this problem a few hundred times. And we'll never make you feel dumb for not knowing the jargon — figuring that part out is our job, not yours.

A Nashville construction company had a meeting coming up and a problem: the vendor they'd always used for projectors dropped the ball on scheduling, days out. Their IT director — who'd never hired a "real" AV crew, never signed an AV contract, and figured pro AV was overkill for an in-house meeting — called us mostly out of options.

We handled it. No drama, no surprise line items, no contract he needed a lawyer to read. The meeting ran clean. So he called us for the next one. And the one after that. He's now booked us three and four times over, for the simple reason that he never has to think about AV when we've got it.

That's the whole pitch, honestly. You shouldn't have to become an AV expert to run a good meeting. That's what we're for.
